Last week, the special report by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) was published. The report lays out the scientific foundations for world leaders to act in order to avoid climate catastrophe. The window of opportunity is closing fast, but we are being held back by the influence of business interests who want to maintain the status quo for as long as possible.
